注意事项
1.禁止修改原文内容（除修改[[include]]内容以便跨站点引用）
2.搬运者不宜署名（除非为搬运个人被删除文章）
3.仅能搬运来源后室中文维基的被删除/已满删除条件的原创文章（如已被移动至deleted:分类的页面 或 明显质量极低的页面）
4.若为重复URL链接，则在链接后添加作者名再添加（所有页面的分类是基于Listpages模块的name，修改url会导致其不会正常工作）（编号后加数字，如level-c-1-1，属于子层级，会混淆url）
鉴于空页面的无用性，空页面将不再必要搬运。现已将全部空页面删除。

- 每天有空余时间从中站待删除页面搬运新增的待删除文章（自删页面优先）
- Karma值>=3（避免人机/小号）
- 有中站/民分创作经验，理解基础Wikidot语法及include使用方法
