描述：

实际上，人影会出现在任何地方，从狭小的盥洗室，到空旷的空地上。所有的目击报告都是孤身一人在较为安静且光线较暗的环境中，在无意识下在余光中瞥到人影。但目前无任何报告能说明其是如何出现的。只是在大部分报告中，描述到其出现前会有一些轻微的声音，比如脚步声、喘息声、滴水声、弹珠落地声、低声交谈声、荧光灯闪烁声等等，目前尚不清楚这些声音的来源。但这对判断其出现与否无任何用处。

人影常被描述为厚重的墨黑色，在黑暗的角落矗立着。通常情况下，其并不会展现出交流或者攻击欲望，但所有的目击者均描述有一种极强的注视感，目前尚不知晓原因。多份报告显示，人影通常情况下并不会造成严重后果。人影会在被察觉后，晕染开来，直至和环境一致。目前尚不得知其去向。此后目击者均未再次报告此现象。

值得注意的是一例已被证明是由该现象引起的死亡案例，一位中年男子多次报告该现象，并且越来越频繁。出于安全原因，其报告已被封存。经过研讨， M.E.G. 为该男子提供了力所能及的救援。但其症状仍然越发严重，包括但不限于失眠、发烧、害怕细微的声音、与不存在的交流、瞳孔放大等等。该男子最终死于不明原因导致的心脏骤停。

不过我们仍然从该死亡案例中获得了一些有用的数据，很不幸的，目前尚不存在针对该现象的特向治疗药物。从报告上来分析，人影更像是在黑暗中紧张所导致的错视，对错觉进行不正确的救助反而只会导致症状进一步加剧。但越来越多的报告又不得不让我们认为，这种现象的确存在，只不过我们对其的了解还仍然处于十分粗浅的阶段。

可能这些人影是我们小时把黑暗中的衣服、窗帘当作人影在后室的具象化，又或许它们的的确确是存在着的实体，又或许这只不过是幻觉。无论是什么原因，我们仍在对该现象进行持续跟踪，直到清楚了解该现象的原因、危害和行为准则为止。

通常情况下，造成死亡的案例并不常见，所以请不要过于担心。如果您观察到了角落里的人影，请任其自行消散。但如果很不幸的您成为了它的下个受害者， M.E.G. 仍然会在力所能及的范围内尝试救援。最重要的是，永远不要放弃希望，记住这世上还有挂念你的人。
